Practice at GridwiseTech

Several times each year we offer young people opportunities to complete traineeships/internships through which they can gain experience in an international firm. Similarly, as in case of job announcements, you will find information on vacant trainee positions on job portals as well as on our website in the open positions section.

"My adventure with GridwiseTech started with a traineeship that was a requirement of my studies. I sent an application to GridwiseTech, because, from the very beginning, the company itself as well as the technologies it dealt with seemed interesting and unusual to me. For the duration of the traineeship, I was assigned a tutor who challenged me with new tasks. I completed them and achieved the objectives, and as a result, I was offered the opportunity to continue my working relationship with GridwiseTech. We particularly invite students of IT and economics-related specialisations. For our traineeships, we do not require any professional experience, but rather academic knowledge, optimism and a passionate approach to your role.

Traineeships most often last for 4-6 weeks. A tutor is assigned to assist and supervise the trainee. The traineeship plan, its duration and scope of responsibilities are always settled individually with the tutor who represents the department at which the traineeship takes place. Working hours are arranged individually and in a flexible manner, to reconcile your traineeship with your continuing studies.
