Strategic approach to IT scalability

Through the use of examples, this briefing paper clearly explains scalability and oultines why the strategic problems around it will increase in importance with time. The author also describes how the scalability problems can be approached in an organized fashion and cites case studies of companies from various sectors where such strategies have been successfully applied.
